Has it been a slow year in the Semiconductor market?

Not here at CXE. In the past year CXE has supplied more than 20 epi reactors to the semiconductor industry. While currently keeping up with the demand for refurbished reactors, CXE will soon have refurbished reactors in stock. We have the ability to exchange your reactors and provide you with minimal downtime.

We are currently working on CE approval for distribution of consoles in Europe.

We have a patent pending in the United States and seven other countries for Insitu cleaning of the bell jars.

At the request of customers, CXE has replaced all the valves, gas lines, and fittings with VCR connections.

CXE has installed level and temperature controlled liquid source bubblers into gas panels and interfaced them with existing controllers.

Our research and development department is currently developing a CXE 7700 console control system.
