Built-SPC Data Collection
- All Analog input/output
parameters are tracked constantly and can be displayed on a histogram.
- Stores up to one year's
worth of run data.
- Can be downloaded to a
floppy, relational data base, or uploaded to a host for SPC computation
or archive purposes.
On-Line or Off-Line Recipe Capabilities
- Up to thirty recipe programs
with 99 steps per program "on-line"
- Any or all programs can
be transferred to or from a floopy disk or host.
- Recipes can be written
or edited on the system or "off-line" via a host network or another
compatible system.
- In addition to the data
logging, histograms, trend charting, recipe management, diagnostics, and
alarm logging, multiple levels of assignable password protection are available

- All PLC modules are rack
mounted and easily accessible from the front of the console.

on the front of the console at the PLC and at the rear of the console at
