Field Services

CXE provides field service on many different pieces of wafer fabrication equipment.

At CXE we believe in doing the job right the first time. We have all come from manufacturing environments where we have also had to put it on the line. In most cases, the equipment must come back to production as soon as possible. At times we are called in after a line technician has already spent a week attempting to repair the tool. In cases like this we work as long as necessary to meet your need.

We try to look beyond the routine “repair to get the tool back up”. Our experience allows us to look at how the tool is being operated and recommend upgrades that may improve its reliability. In many cases these recommendations are implemented later during scheduled downtime.

We supply the support. We not only perform corrective maintenance for down equipment, we also supply preventative maintenance. We will perform your cleanings, calibrations, or lubricate and change your oils. We will provide this maintenance at you call or scheduled under a service contract.
