CXE can improve your Epi reactor. We can repair and modify your Applied Materials reactor at your facility. Most modifications can be performed to your reactor on your production floor.

CXE can refurbish your Applied Materials Epi reactor. Refurbishment is performed at our facility in New Hampshire or Japan. We can refurbish your working or your newly purchased reactor. During refurbishment we could incorporate any upgrade that you wish. We can upgrade your Applied Materials 7600 or Applied Materials 7800 reactor to have the Applied Materials 7810 functions and gas panel. At the request of customers, CXE has replaced all the valves, gas lines, and fittings with VCR connections. We have installed level and temperature controlled liquid source bubblers into gas panels and interfaced them with existing controllers.

CXE can supply a Robotic autoloader for the Applied Materials 7800 and Applied Materials 7810 EPI reactors that is superior to the original equipment, Applied Materials 7700 type epi reactors.

CXE can supply you with a refurbished reactor. CXE has refurbished EPI reactors in stock. We have the ability to exchange your reactors and provide you with minimal downtime.

CXE has refurbished reactors that have original Moore expansion kits already installed. CXE does not manufacture “expansion kits”. Moore Technologies has installed their expansion kits at our facility, while we performed the reactor refurbishments.
