CXE provides upgrades and refurbishes many different pieces of wafer fabrication equipment.

We locate, purchase, refurbish, install, and warranty semiconductor equipment. We will do all or any that you need. If you have the tool, we can refurbish it at our facility or most upgrades could be installed at your location.

We have many upgrades for Applied Materials Epi reactors. Such upgrades include; robotic loading, lamp detection, extended water skids and insitu bell jar cleaning. We have succeeded in integrating hardware and software for dependable and reliable modifications.
