Lamp Module Connectors

These one-quarter (1/4) turn connectors have been widely accepted as replacement for the old connectors. This connector replaces the tedious, strenuous and time-consuming lamp module connections on the Applied Materials reactors. Now with just a quarter turn, the connection is locked and securely made.

This upgrade eliminates the well-known problem of burnt up wire harnesses from improper assembly of the original connectors.

This eliminates aggravation for maintenance and is a timesaver for production.

This modification can be made in the field or during the refurbishment of your reactor.
